We just bought a house through Alec at Real Estate Yucatan. He is totally bilingual and has jumped through hoops to make things happen for us. Many realtors I emailed told me that I would not find anything in my price range. But Alec was okay with showing me the lowest priced property and the highest price property. We wanted to really see what the $20,000 house looked like. He translated everything when the buyer was there. I mean everything, even when it wasn't that important. Mexicans are great sales people and we enjoyed interacting with them. He was the first to respond to my inquiries and has always responded quickly to my dumb questions.
